For everybody that bought our Christmas pudding at Atelier Solarshop:
Before eating it, the pudding has to be steamed for about an hour or two.
You can do this by putting the pudding in a bowl, wrapping it in baking paper and
then heating it au bain marie, covered.
If you heat it in the oven it gets dry, and don't even think about a micro wave!
After steaming it you can flambé it with rum or another spirit you like.
It's easy, really.
